Condition is subjective and I try my best to provide accurate descriptions. If you receive an item or items where you strongly feel that the condition is different from what I have shown in the picture or have described, please contact me and I will give you a refund upon the return of the item or items within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any glassware that you purchase in gently used condition will be cleaned before it arrives at your home. Your glassware will be wrapped in layers of small and large new bubble wrap. New boxes are used for shipping.

Payment options include Paypal or a United States Postal Money Order from your post office. If your choice is Paypal, your item or items will be shipped in 1-2 business days. If your choice is a money order, I will hold your item or items for up to 7 days while waiting for your money order to arrive. If this is your choice of payment, please note, UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. You will need to contact me and provide your name, address, item or items to be held and some form of contact information, either a phone number or email address. Your item or items will be shipped promptly after the money order clears.

I ship UPS and offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. Insurance up to $100 is included in your shipping quote. UPS requires double boxing for glassware. Shipment is generally accomplished within two days of receipt of your payment (with the exception of Sundays and Holidays). Items lost or damaged in shipping are not subject for a refund.
